About ‘Coastal landscape at Marsaxlokk extra large’ by Werner Lerooy

Along Malta's southeast coast, a rugged and unpolished landscape unfolds where nature and sea meet directly. At Marsaxlokk, limestone cliffs stand out sharply against the intense blue of the Mediterranean. The turquoise water cuts into the rocks, while tough coastal vegetation clings to the jagged shapes of the land.

This image shows Malta from a different angle: less urban, less built, but equally characterful. Daylight highlights the texture of the limestone and the colour contrasts between rock, sea and vegetation. The open horizon and untamed lines of the coast give the work a sense of space and freedom.

As a work of art on the wall, this scene functions as a visual respite. It invites stillness and contemplation, recalling the power of the Mediterranean landscape shaped by wind, water and time.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
