With 4 colors there are 4! = 4 * 3 * 2 * 1 = 24 possibilities of arrangement. By rotating 90 degrees (4x) you will not get a new motif. Therefore the number must be divided by 4.
So you only get 4! / 4 = 3 * 2 = 6 possible combinations.
If you choose black or white for the background, you get 6 * 2 = 12 different motifs.
For the time being only black or white and for demonstration purposes another color as background.
Other combinations can be created on request and upon request.
