About "Colourful weather"

About the artwork

The painting "Colourful Weather" shows a troubled and colourful sky, subject to the whims of the wind. This sky appears untamed and unpredictable, a reminder that the forces of nature are often beyond our control. Even with the most modern technology, we cannot always predict the weather perfectly, which should lead us to humility and respect for nature.

Even the Germanic ancestors and their concept of the clouds as the flying brain of Odin gives the painting a view that transcends epochs and shows that reverence for nature is deeply rooted in our cultural tradition. This reverence and humility towards nature could provide us with important wisdom and a better attitude towards our environment today.

In the lower half of the painting we find a lively area with finely crafted trees and a picturesquely designed meadow. Here we see the creative side of the artist, capturing the beauty of nature in all its diversity. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
