About ‘Crossing flamingo's’ by Pieter JF Smit
Bonaire is home to many flamingo's. If a flamingo gets injured or lost, they are taken to the Bird Rehab along the road to Lac. The birds are cared for here.
This picture shows two young flamingo's who have just eaten at the Bird Rehab and are looking for a spot in the mangrove forest on the other side of the road.
