The Gobba di Rollin T-bar lift is the highest T-bar lift in Europe. In the Zermatt ski area on the Klein Matterhorn, the lift pulls skiers and snowboarders up to 3899 m above the border with Italy.
The Klein Matterhorn is a 3883-metre-high mountain in the Valais Alps. It marks the western end of the mountain range stretching from Monte Rosa towards the Theodul Pass and is separated from the Matterhorn by the Theodul Pass. Since 23 December 1979, the Klein Matterhorn can be reached by aerial cableway from Zermatt via the intermediate station called Trockener Steg (2930 m). From the mountain station (at 3820 m, the highest mountain station in Europe), a tunnel leads to the glacier plateau to the south and thus to the ski area.
