About ‘Curious Glances in the Mist’ by Peter Kuipers

Slowly the sun climbs above the hills, its first rays piercing through the dense curtain of morning mist. The world along the Eyserbeek is bathed in a soft glow, where everything seems to hover between dream and reality. The little church of Eys, vaguely visible in the distance, stands out mysteriously against the brightening sky. The bells are still silent, caught in the silence of the early hour. Along the banks, where the grass is still heavy with dew, a group of cows moves towards the path. Their breath forms clouds in the cool air, eyes large and curious on us. They step forward hesitantly, as if recognising something in this serene morning. The sound of running water and soft mooing mingle with the first birdsong. Here, between mist and morning light, time seems to stand still for a moment. A new beginning, quiet but promising.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
