About the artwork

A photograph in shades of pink and blue, combining historical elements and pop culture objects, taken during a photo shoot on the theme of "Marie Antoinette décalé".
The image centres on a woman wearing a sumptuous 18th-century-inspired voilette dress, with satin fabrics and delicate lace.
The background, composed of an ornate baroque or rococo décor, reinforces this impression of opulence. However, the anachronistic accessories - a pink beer bottle and a cigarette - create a contrast that blurs the boundaries of time.
The woman's gaze is direct, almost defiant, which breaks with the attitude expected of an aristocratic figure of this period, who is often depicted in a more passive or idealised way. Her body is tilted forward, adopting a more contemporary and relaxed posture, accentuating the break between the historical setting and the modern attitude.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
