Dahlias are my favourite flowers to photograph. Each flower has its own character - sometimes calm, sometimes playful, but always with a refined beauty that continues to captivate. I took this shot with my new OM-1, and the result is exactly as I captured it in that one, quiet moment.
Almost nothing was changed about the format; this image is pure as it came out of the camera.
