I took this photo of a damselfly in the Harderbos nature reserve in Flevoland. This damselfly is a damselfly, a species that is seen more often in Flevoland. I don't really know what kind of leaf it is, it was just standing along a walking route that partly goes along a canal. Because it was windy and this damselfly did not sit still, it was difficult to get it in the picture. I focused on the eye which made the body also sharp in this photo, you can even see the details of the wings. It was nice and sunny when I took this photo, after all, it was summer too. I thought the blue of the damselfly contrasted nicely with the green of the leaves.
