About "Dandelion - Abstract nature photography"

About the artwork

The picture shows a close-up of a ripe dandelion plant, which was taken using a special photographic technique. A Meyer-Görlitz lens that is more than 60 years old was adapted to a modern digital camera. These lenses are able to depict the out-of-focus area in a particularly picturesque way. After falling into oblivion for a long time, they are experiencing a real renaissance among nature photographers and are now traded at inflationary prices.
This picture was taken in a meadow at the edge of a wood where bluebells were in full bloom. This results in a beautiful colour contrast between the green of the meadow and the purple of the bluebells. The dandelion comes out of the blur and is literally embedded in this two-part world of colour.
The picture is minimalist and is effective both through the many small details that the flower reveals, but also through the colours and structures in the background.

For fans of minimalist pictures, this is a beautiful nature document for your own four walls!

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
