The dandelion
"The dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is a species in the composite family (Asteraceae). In this family, flowers are strongly reduced and small and are arranged close together in a flower head. In April, they can turn entire meadows yellow. That said, certain micro species and sections can be rare.
The dandelion is native to Africa, Asia and Europe and has spread to many other places through the actions of humans."

With nice backlighting and the dark background as in this photo, it gives an artistic image of this versatile flower.
On a dark wall, this photo will certainly come into its own.
