In the Netherlands, I found a beautiful abandoned building, which is now used for photo shoots.
During an event for models and photographers, this dark man immediately caught my eye: I wanted him in front of my lens. No sooner said than done. It turned out to be a very friendly man, one of few words. Coincidentally, his dog was also in the picture, so I left it that way.
I like special, and dark. You can find that in this image, I think.
Moreover, the picture has some steampunk elements, to complete the vibe. For instance, you can see the big barrel, this used to be used in the tannery.
So no preconceived plan, but go with the flow : who crosses my path and what are we going to do : make it up on the spot. Unforeseen things are what I like best. Pure, no set-up game.
