Steam icebreaker 'Stettin' - With steam power ahead - pure experience on the sea. For many years, it has been a regular tradition in the Hanseatic city of Wismar for the steam icebreaker Stettin to be a guest at the annual harbour and Swedish festival. It invites visitors to an open ship and trips on the open sea through the beautiful Bay of Wismar. The Stettin is a coal-fired steam icebreaker. It was built in 1933 by Oderwerke in Stettin, is based in Hamburg and today has the status of a technical cultural monument.
