Deventer Skyline with Lebuïnus church in the evening - 12

This photo of the skyline of Deventer was taken on an evening in December 2015.Deventer is a city, municipality and old Hanseatic town in the east of the Netherlands and in the south-west of the province of Overijssel. The city is located on the river IJssel. The church on display is called the Grote or Lebuïnuskerk. This church originated in the 15th and 16th centuries. The name Lebuïnus belongs to an English missionary who crossed the IJssel in 768 and decided to build a (wooden) church on a river dune. The buildings in the background belong to the Wellekade.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
