Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Diving Kingfisher’ by Jasper Kok

Photographing a diving kingfisher had long been a big dream of mine that seemed impossible to fulfil for a long time. After several failed attempts, I began to feel confident that I would eventually succeed.
Many attempts later, and after spending many hours sitting in a ditch, I finally managed to photograph the kingfisher in flight. As if that weren’t enough, I also managed to capture the kingfisher with a little fish in its beak!
For me, this is a very special photograph, and I therefore look back on it with great fondness. I love the fact that, because of the diving, there are always lots of splashes visible in the photo – something I hadn’t taken into account beforehand. In my opinion, these splashes add an extra layer to the photograph, creating a more dynamic image.
