About ‘Eierland lighthouse - De Cocksdorp Texel’ by Keesnan Dogger Fotografie

Texel, De Cocksdorp - Eierland lighthouse at the northern tip of Texel overlooking the North Sea, Wadden Sea and Vlieland. The lighthouse stands at the very northern tip of Texel. The village of De Cocksdorp is a few kilometres away. Because of the clear weather, you can clearly see Vlieland's coastline in the distance.
Since 2009, the lighthouse has been managed by the Texels Museum Foundation and is open to the public. In clear weather, you can see for kilometres from the tower's circumference.
