The two white towers of the Erasmus Medical Centre in Rotterdam look very similar; yet there is almost half a century between their construction. The tower on the left dates from 1970, while the one on the right was only completed in 2013.
We see the duo here at dusk, photographed from another famous Rotterdam tower: Zalmhaven 1. In the vista between the towers, we can also see the lower buildings of Erasmus MC but also the city around it and in the distance even the Rotterdam harbour. The spectacular sky completes the picture.
