The Eurasian Harvest Mouse is a rodent found in Europe and Asia. It is the smallest rodent in Europe and one of the smallest in the world. Eurasian Harvest Mice mainly live in areas with tall grasses, such as dry cane fields, cereal fields and grass fields with tall grasses. They can also be found in hay fields, roadsides, feral gardens, overgrown hedges and forest edges. Seeds, fruits, berries and insects such as moths, grasshoppers and caterpillars are the Eurasian Harvest Mouse's main diet. Its diet depends on the season.
