Delfshaven is a beautiful, picturesque and historic part of Rotterdam, which survived the bombings of World War II. It was once part of the city of Delft which had a connection to the Nieuwe Maas via the Delfshavense Schie, but was later incorporated by Rotterdam. Today, it is a tourist attraction.
