Evening photography is always fun to do. Especially with a nice subject and a beautiful deep blue evening sky.
The photo was taken with a Nikon camera with a full frame sensor and a 24 mm lens.
Aperture f/11 and a shutter speed of 15 seconds. ISO 200.
The long shutter speed creates light streaks.
Underneath Het Plein in The Hague is a car park.
The lighting of the cars's coming out of the car park creates the red stripes.
To the left of the Mauritshuis is Het Binnenhof.
The light bulbs at Het Binnenhof give a warm yellow colour.
Because I used a 24 mm lens, distortion could be seen in the original shot. In Photoshop, I straightened all the lines.
