That plants and flowers still have a certain beauty even when they have finished flowering is proven by the photos I took for the 'FADED GLORY' series.
In this case, cut-out seed heads of Curly Sorrel are the subject of the photo. I chose to grey the colour a little. What remains is a beautiful winter image of a greying and desiccated seed.
This photo would fit great in a Japandi atmosphere, the soothing colours and simplicity of the image give a Japandi interior just that little bit of spice that still keeps it exciting.
I think it is a stunning image where nature certainly shows itself at its best too.
