On the Friday night before GLOW, children who are unable to attend the festival during regular opening hours due to trauma are driven around by fire engines. Not only the current fire brigade participates in this, but also historical cars drive along. This produces unusual images, with the fire brigade, for example, lined up in front of the town hall, while the town hall appears to be on fire.
