A fish ladder or fish passage is a hydraulic engineering structure designed to give fish access to a hinterland made inaccessible by a dyke, dam, weir or lock. On the Regge river there is the weir with fish ladder 'Overwater' near the village of Notter. Notter is a village in the municipality of Wierden, in the Dutch province of Overijssel.
