The Hydrangea. A well-known shrub that is an eye-catcher in gardens and parks in summer. These shrubs then form huge pink, white and blue flowers, adding colour to nature. These flowers are also often used in bouquets because of their colour and size. But they are also a feast for the eyes when out of bloom. The delicate flowers dry out on the bushes and then take on fragile, transparent forms. Truly little works of art reminiscent of filigree.
I saw this pair of flowers hanging from a bush branch in a park. The sunlight fell just as beautifully on the little flowers and in the background. This created this simple and natural still life.
