"Fragile thin leaves on a reflective surface" is a macro photo of a still life with reflection of leaves of a plant, the Bougainvillea. This plant grew on Lanzarote. These leaves had fallen off the plant and were partly already dried by the sun. The colours were brighter but have been softened, giving the leaves a beige shade. This gives a very calm atmosphere and because the background is also calm (with a gradient gradient from light in the top right corner to a slightly darker taupe colour in the bottom left corner), the leaves stand out nicely and are the subject of the photo.
If you zoom in on the photo, you can see that the grain structure of this leaf is very nice. Because the leaf has been lying in the sun, it has already dried out a bit and is partly letting the light through. As a result, the veins can be seen even better.
This work could, for example, hang beautifully as wall decoration in the bedroom, dining room or simply above the sofa! Also naturally beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, waiting room or practice room!
