Occasionally, the fog opened briefly and the outline of a castle appeared in the distance, high on a hill. For a moment, it looked as if time had stood still, but before I could take a good look at it, it was swallowed up again by the clouds.
The smell of wet earth and tall trees filled the old 2CV I was sitting in. The sound of the small engine sounded familiar and reassuring as I drove on, surrounded by the endless mist of the mountains.
I dive, bend, crawl and jump to capture the perfect moment.
For more than 20 years, I have been out and about with my camera.
I travel and walk through nature, searching for light, shadows and the lines that make everything just that little bit different.
