After a long, busy working day, I walk to the beach. My bare feet sink into the cool sand, the wind blowing. The sun is low on the horizon, a thin streak of gold just visible above the waves. The sky is mostly blue, but dark shades are beginning to emerge-a sign of approaching night.
The water feels cold when it reaches my feet, a contrast to the warmth still in the air. The waves roll in evenly, rhythmically and continuously. A cold wind blows, yet there is peace.
I dive, bend, crawl and jump to capture the perfect moment.
For more than 20 years, I have been out and about with my camera.
I travel and walk through nature, searching for light, shadows and the lines that make everything just that little bit different.
