About "Greek egg 2024"

About the artwork

In a corner of the Greek morning, where the sea meets the sky, the sun landed on a tabletop and played shadows with a simple bowl and spoon. An egg, just out of the pan, became the still life of the dawn.

It was a simple setting: a bowl rough around the edges, dark like the volcanic rocks in the distance, and in it the egg, soft and round, with a yolk like a newly risen sun. Next to the egg was a spoon, gleaming like a mirror before the morning glory, waiting to take its first bite.

This scene, no more than a fragment of everyday Greek life, caught the rhythm of nature in its most humble form. It told a story of tranquillity, of the simple pleasures of breakfast alone, in the company of the rising sun.

And there, between the calm of the mountains and the silence of the sea, lay an invitation to pause, reflect, and enjoy the calm respite that life sometimes offers. A photograph, a memory, and now a small piece of prose, woven from the light of a Greek morning.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
