This parakeet was photographed in Heidelberg, Germany. A lot of wild parakeets fly around there, and this one had perched very nicely in the branches of a pine tree. In the foreground on the left, you can clearly see the green parakeet sitting on a vertical branch. This branch splits in two above the bird, and there are some pine needles on it. On the right side of the picture, you can also see a pine branch splitting and pine needles. The background consists in the lower half of pine branches with pine needles, and on the upper half of grey sky with only the branches from the foreground continuing from the bottom of the photo to the top.
