The harrier, a magnificent bird of prey, caught here in flight at the forest edge. It appears to hover almost still, in reality it hovers quickly by, its sharp gaze focused on the ground, looking for tasty prey such as a mouse, mole or frog. In the early, soft morning light, he stands out beautifully against the row of trees. The soft tones give this photo a soothing atmosphere, a very nice image for the wall. Taking a photo like this requires a lot of patience, the moment passes in seconds and the next moment is often a long time coming. So staying focused is very important to take a picture like this. Sometimes you see nothing for half an hour to an hour and then suddenly the harrier is there, never in the same spot, and always flying away in no time. It is always a great moment when I succeeded in capturing the bird of prey so beautifully!
