On a picturesque day in Allgäu, Bavaria, a barn wall stretches out in front of me, with numerous Heinzen leaning against it. These traditional wooden racks, which are used to dry hay and grass, tell stories of times long past and rural customs. The hay racks, carefully lined up and organised, cast long shadows on the weather-beaten boards of the barn wall, which are marked by the seasons. The warm light of the afternoon sun bathes the scene in a golden glow that emphasises the rustic beauty of this place.
The rough texture of the wood, weathered yet strong, contrasts with the soft green of the drying grass that runs between the wooden struts. A gentle breeze moves the stalks and a light scent of fresh hay fills the air, an olfactory reminder of summer days and harvest times. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
