About ‘Helgoland Lange Anna at sunset’ by Michael Valjak

View of the "Lange Anna" surf pillar at the cliff end of the North Sea island of Helgoland during a sunset in May. The rock needle is a landmark of the island and is in acute danger of collapsing. Numerous birds such as gannets, guillemots and kittiwakes breed on the rock in spring.
