This photo of the historic city center of Dordrecht in the Netherlands is made from the quay of the New Harbor nearby the Great Church.
How old Dordrecht exactly is, is not yet clear. What is certain is that in the twelfth century Dordrecht really took shape as a settlement. In this picture you can see a part of one of the older buildings in Dordrecht, namely the Great Church. Besides this building in the historic city center there are beautiful harbors and beautiful old (canal)houses to find.
The picture was taken during the blue hour at a night in August 2014 using a tripod and remote. The shutter speed used is 35 seconds and the aperture f13.
