About "Ice blossom at sunrise"

About the artwork

In spring, when the blossoms come out, the fruit growers always have to keep an eye out for night frost, because the frost dries out the blossoms and the harvest fails. The fruit growers then spend the whole night spraying the blossoms with water, wrapping the blossoms in a layer of ice which prevents them from drying out. For the fruit growers, this is a lot of work and really necessary, but for the photographer on the other hand, it gives a very beautiful image to capture, the delicate blossoms wrapped in ice, the soft golden light of the rising sun, not to mention the occasional cold shower the sprinklers give the photographer.
For the photographer, it's always a challenge to stay as dry as possible, so decked out in a mackintosh ala "flower curtain" a chat with the fruit grower to ask how the night went and for permission to take photos I was also able to give the farmer his morning smile, because take it from me my mackintosh had the laughs.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
