About "It feels like spring!"

About the artwork

As I sat in my mother-in-law's garden with my family during a vacation season, the spring sunshine shone wonderfully on my face.

I sat next to my husband on a garden bench and it was a nice intimate moment. I looked at the sun and how its rays shone subtly and delicately through the fresh green leaves. I felt: "I want to take a picture of this!"

Here you see the result of editing the original photo. The fresh green, the beautiful colors of purple, violet, blue and pink, come together in a special way. In the middle you can see the "vortex" of change from winter to spring.

A period of birth and growth. Of awakening. Of everything that starts flowing again after a period of stillness and introspection in the dark days of winter.

The light also seems like new. More crystalline and more vibrant. Like a prism of burgeoning colors announcing the new.

This work is symbolic of the budding and new in ourselves. A new rebirth. With new opportunities and discoveries within ourselves. It brings a sense of anticipation, excitement and new exciting things.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
