About the artwork

Deeply hidden in a neglected barn, shrouded in a veil of dust and time, rested a forgotten gem: an abandoned Jaguar Daimler 250. Once a symbol of luxury and refinement on the roads of its time, this elegant vehicle now lay there as a weathered reminder of bygone glory.

The glossy bodywork of the Daimler 250 was now dull and scratched, and the chrome work showed signs of rust and ageing. The interior, once covered in soft leather and ornate wood veneers, was now worn and covered in a layer of dust and cobwebs.

The powerful engine that once produced a gentle roar now lay silent in repose. The tyres were flat, and the smell of petrol and oil still hung in the air, like a silent reminder of the days of yore.

However, the abandoned Jaguar Daimler 250 was more than just a collection of metal and rubber; it was a time capsule of a bygone era. It raised questions about its owner, the adventures it had had, and the circumstances that had led to its loneliness.

The Daimler 250 in its abandoned state had a certain melancholy, a reminder of the impermanence of all things and of the glorious history hidden behind its weathered exterior. It was a reminder that even in oblivion, the elegance and beauty of an era could still shine, waiting for the moment when they would be revived by a passionate soul with a love for classic cars's.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
