When I was in Urk to attend a talk on photography, I came across this couple afterwards, sitting on a low wall. Silence, simply enjoying the view. Gazing at the waves of the sea. Photographed through the fishing nets that were drying there on a washing line.
I blended another photo through it to achieve a different colour scheme and…

Because I like to walk a lot and capture the beauty of nature I got an "old" Nikon D5200 from a hobby photographer friend of mine.
I thought it would be fun to photograph flowers from up close so I quickly bought a macro lens. This gave me a lot of pleasure. Nature is so beautiful.
Later I traded my Nikon in for a new camera. A Sony from the A series for which I also bought a macro lens. Besides photographing nature, I also find it interesting and facinating…
