The Kilimanjaro chameleon. It is not its official name but is so called because it is commonly found in the tropical mountain forest around Kilimanjaro. This is a male, recognisable by its horn. And it owes its official name to that: Taveta two-horned chameleon. It is very cool to see a chameleon's colour change. The many shades of green, yellow or brown alternate at breakneck speed. Totally depending on what he is walking over at the time. This male was resting comfortably in the sun. This gave us a good look at him!
