The sun beats down mercilessly on the endless desert road. There’s not a soul in sight, just sand, bushes and mountains on the horizon. The heat shimmers over the tarmac, bathing everything in a yellow light. Eddy has been on the road for hours and not a single car has passed by. His fuel gauge is almost on empty, and his mobile has long since lost signal. With every kilometre along the dusty road, his hope fades further. Suddenly, a sign appears by the roadside: Kiosk 1/4 Mile. With his last ounce of strength, Eddy carries on. The sun beats mercilessly down on the endless desert road. No one is in sight, just sand, bushes and mountains on the horizon. The heat shimmers over the tarmac, casting everything in a yellow light. Eddy has been on the road for hours, and not a single car has passed by. His fuel gauge is nearly empty, and his phone hasn’t had any signal for a long time. With every kilometre along the dusty road, his hope dwindles further. Suddenly, a sign appears at the side of the road: Kiosk 1/4 Mile. With his last bit of energy, Eddy continues on his way.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
