The reins are tight, whips at the ready, and you can almost feel the dust blowing up from the grass steppe. In the background, the serene calm of Lake Soň-Köl and the soft contours of the mountains contrast with the ferocity in the foreground.
My inspiration? Kyrgyzstan's rich nomadic culture and ancient traditions that are still alive and kicking. Kok-buru is more than a game; it is a ritual, an expression of strength, respect and connection with horse and nature.
