My wife and I were walking along the Kop van Zuid, enjoying the autumn sunshine. Suddenly, a motorcyclist stopped next to os, dismounted, sat down in the middle of the street and took a selfie with the motorbike and Rotterdam in the background, including a beautiful cloudy sky.

Fotografie biedt het beste uit twee werelden: het artistieke waarmee je helemaal los kan gaan om een bepaald gevoel over te brengen en het technische om dat gevoel te bereiken. Als ik de geheugenkaart uitlees is het altijd weer een verassing wat er weer op het scherm verschijnt. Als de foto zich daarvoor leent zet ik hem om naar zwart-wit en probeer 'em wat extra's te geven. Veel plezier met kijken!
