About the artwork

This atmospheric cityscape shows Krämerstraße in Aachen during the blue hour - that magical moment between day and night when the light appears particularly soft and colourful. The photo was taken with a shift lens, which provides an impressive perspective: the tall, richly decorated facades of the old town houses seem to rise almost majestically above the empty alleyway. Thanks to the long exposure time, the street appears almost deserted, which further emphasises the quiet, almost meditative atmosphere. The striking tower of the Gothic town hall rises in the background, adding depth to the picture and serving as a point of orientation. The lights of the shops create warm accents and give the historic streetscape a modern touch. This photograph not only captures architectural beauty, but also conveys a sense of timeless tranquillity in the heart of a vibrant city.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
