About "Krimml waterfall in Black and White"

About the artwork

This 16:9 black-and-white long-shutter composition captures a small, isolated section of the Krimml waterfall with a refined sense of movement and contrast. The slower shutter speed turns the flowing water into a smooth, silky ribbon gliding across the dark, rugged rock surface. The elongated widescreen format enhances the fluid motion of the scene and emphasises the horizontal movement of hues and textures.

Deep shadows carve texture into the stone, while subtle highlights shimmer in the crashing water, creating a minimalist but powerful visual rhythm. By focusing exclusively on this one fragment of the waterfall, the wider landscape disappears, leaving only the abstract interplay of movement, texture and light - a calm, atmospheric portrait of one of Austria's most iconic waterfalls.

With a total height of 380 metres, the Krimmler Wasserfälle is the highest tiered waterfall in Europe. The waterfall is located near the village of Krimml in Austria in the Hohe Tauern National Park.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
