Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Landing approach at Maho Beach’ by Matthias Stolt

Maho Beach on the Caribbean island of St. Maarten is a real tourist attraction. The airport is located directly behind the beach and the planes land right behind the beach. You can practically wave to the pilots in the cockpit before the plane touches down on the runway directly behind the beach.

The beach is quite crowded because many tourists don't want to miss this attraction. Fortunately, we got a table in a restaurant right on the edge of the beach. Here we could watch the action from a distance while enjoying delicious tacos and a cold beer.

Matthias Stolt

Hamburg, Germany

I worked as a freelance photo designer for 25 years. My focus was on fashion and advertising photography. I am also the author of numerous books and articles in trade magazines.
Before becoming self-employed, I worked in marketing for a large camera manufacturer, where I was in charge of public relations.

I discovered my love of photography during my training as a retoucher. This sparked a desire not only to edit photos, but to take them myself.
