Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

Beta feature. You need an AR-capable device (a recent iPhone/iPad or Android). The AR view is only an indication; colour, size and finish may differ in reality.

About ‘Line and shadows – Black and white Nijmegen’ by FUNKYPIX

Sometimes a special moment lasts only a fraction of a second. The low-hanging summer sun casts the shadow of a passer-by across the distinctive Castellatoren in Bottendaal, Nijmegen. The shadow appears to be projected onto the façade, large and dominant, whilst the person themselves is visible only as a small silhouette in the street.

The choice of black and white shifts all attention to the interplay of light, shadow, lines and contrasts. The everyday is transformed into a graphic composition in which architecture and people come together in a surprising way. The strong contrasts and the timeless nature of black and white give the photograph a serene, almost abstract quality.

An ode to the magic of street photography: the ability to transform a fleeting moment into a timeless image.
