About ‘Lion cub’ by Mirjam Wisse

Looking innocent, this lion cub sat waiting for his siblings to want to play with. Its big eyes immediately caught my attention and held me in its grasp.

Original created by Mirjam Wisse.

Photography has always been a passion of mine. Besides working as a palliative district nurse, I also work part-time as a photographer: Connection in Image. Here I mainly deal with remembrance (where I mainly capture the interaction between people) and farewell photography.
I also enjoy going into nature, both in the Netherlands and in South Africa. Of course, I then always take my camera with me. I share these images on this site.
