From the free Staten Island Ferry, you have a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, with its iconic skyscrapers towering high above the horizon. As the ferry slowly glides through the water, you can see the reflection of the buildings in the water. The impressive skyscrapers of the Financial District dominate the southern tip of Manhattan, with the glittering glass towers reflecting the sun. The One World Trade Center tower stands proudly above the rest, as a reminder of the city's resilience. Left and right of Manhattan are bridges, such as the famous Brooklyn Bridge, connecting Manhattan to the suburbs. The contrast between the bustling city life of Manhattan and the calm, lapping waters of the harbour offers a unique perspective of New York. As the ferry approaches, the skyline becomes increasingly imposing, and you can feel the energy of the city coming at you. A picturesque view of a city that never sleeps.
