Photographic art of a special kind.
The work of art shown here has gone through a number of steps before it was completed:
1. finding the motif
2. photography
3. image processing
4. double exposure/mapping
5. adjusting the tonal values
Disturbances and coarse grain are expressly desired in my pictures and are part of my artistic interpretation - don't we all long for a little imperfection?
I recommend printing on fine art paper or on AluDibond under acrylic.
The picture is not bulky on the wall, it is protected, warp-resistant and the contrasts are wonderfully emphasised.
