The Botanical Garden in Palermo captivates with its numerous species of plants, trees, greenhouses and the colourful, exotic world of flowers. In the spring light, an extensive walk is worthwhile and offers the perfect respite from the otherwise bustling Sicilian capital of Palermo on the gorgeous, southern Italian island.
This floral, photographic image was exposed with my Nikon D80 and taken during my Easter trip in the afternoon hours of 18 April 2022. Avenues of palm trees, an extensive collection of cacti and unique plant life immerse visitors in an enchanting oasis of tranquillity. The perfect place to unwind and take in the smell of fantastic flowers and blossoms. The island of Sicily captivates visitors with its unique urban landscapes and Mediterranean nature.
