Mandala means "magic circle" in Sanskrit. This is an ancient Indian language. A circle symbolizes unity and perfection and a divine level. A circle has no beginning and no end and therefore also symbolizes infinity and creation. Mandalas are a universal symbol.
This mandala was created from my intuition, from my pure 'being'. It has the shape of a flower and a star.
For me, this mandala radiates the energy of having patience. This is a quality that we can develop in ourselves or already naturally possess. Having patience means experiencing an inner peace and from there taking the time to look at situations. We then remain calm and composed and take the time necessary to accomplish things.
Things take time and it is also good to give it that time. I always compare this to a flower blossoming. A flower blossoms at the right time for her. Nothing or no one can force that. Not even she herself.
In this mandala I have worked with beautiful shades of purple in combination with soft green. This gives a beautiful look that gives peace to the interior.
This mandala fits beautifully with dark green, ecru, cream, olive green, lilac, white, gray, wood and black.
